Jess Lemon has been teaching for 14 years. Passionate about learning and committed to continuing education, Jess has taken over 1,000 hours of training in a variety of yoga methodologies including Modo Yoga, The Yoga Works Method, Yin, Restorative and Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation. Most recently, she has added Pilates to her repertoire and finds it to be an incredible compliment to her other movement offerings.
Jess believes that true learning happens when a person is seen and met where they are, then nurtured and encouraged in their own journey of self-discovery. She is a creative and fluid teacher, believing that when we are truly open and attuned to each moment, life is always offering wisdom.
