COURTESY POLICY

Pre-register for class to ensure that you have a spot when you get to the studio.

Please be courteous to each other and show up 10 minutes in advance of the class you are pre-registered for.

If you can’t make it to class, please cancel your reservation. The courtesy policy starts within  3  hours  os  class start.

• LATE CANCEL: If you cancel the class with less than 3 hours before start of class, you will incur a charge:
  • Monthly Members – a charge of $10
  • Class Card Holders – the class will be deducted
• NO SHOW: If you don’t show up for the class without canceling you will incur a charge:
  • Monthly Members – a charge of $20
  • Class Card Holders – the class will be deducted
• NO SHOW and LATE CANCEL fees do not apply for classes in our Virtual Studio.

PURCHASES

All sales are final.

Classes, class packs, and memberships are not transferrable or refundable. We do not issue refunds or allow exceptions to this policy.

Class Packs expire 24 months after the date of purchase.

AUTO RENEW MEMBERSHIPS

After 30 days, Membership continues month-to-month, UNTIL notified of intentions to cancel, in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to your next payment date.

Written notice of cancellation can be sent to info@modoyogadanforth.com, expect a reply within 48 hours.

All unlimited memberships are subjected to a $20 no-show fee, and a $10 late cancel fee if class cancellation occurs less  than 3 hours before class

Auto-Renew Memberships are allowed suspension once per year at any time. The freeze can be requested in increments for up to 1 month.
