rahim What advice would you give to someone just starting their Moksha practice? Be patient. Be disciplined. Make sure you come. Let yourself go. Let the practice come to you. You can chase it – and you will try because that’s what we do – we want to achieve. But let it come to you. Be kind to yourself. In the first weeks, I thought, I can’t do this. I suck. I’m looking at myself in the mirror and I’m thinking, I’m too chubby and all these amazing people with these great bodies, they’re doing all this stuff and I can’t. I was frustrated. But just be patient. The instructors will help you. Everyday you are evolving, you’re learning, you’re trying to become a better person. There’s a yoga practice that’s outside of yourself, community yoga. That’s Moksha – it’s not just in the classroom. It’s a yoga that engulfs everything that you do. Rahim Karim
